July Club Meeting
The July 10th meeting is going to be held at Triskelee Farm.
Join us for a field trip to Mandy Shaw's apiary at Triskelee Farm, located at 29700 SW Mountain Rd in West Linn. Participants must sign a waiver to join. Click here to sign. We will be discussing post-honey harvest hive care, small hive beetles, varroa management, and seasonal forage for bees. Mandy has some extra bee suits and gloves, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you have them. We will be opening hives, so bee ready! Bring a chair if you wish to be seated at any time during the visit. Drinks, including beer and wine, are available for purchase in the big red barn 6:30 to 7pm. There is plenty of parking and 2 restrooms for people to use. Mandy is so excited to share what she has been up to in her 10th year with bees.
