Tonight we welcome back Anne LeSenne who will share her experience in landscaping for bees.
Anne has both her Bachelors' and Masters degrees in Horticulture. She is also a Master Arborist. She was responsible for Portland Community college receiving and maintaining its certification as a Bee campus and a Tree Campus for the past 8 years. During this time she also developed the Beekeeping program at the college and kept adding pollinator plants to feed the bees. She has a long list of plants that grow well in the Portland area, provide nectar and/or pollen, according to the time of year they bloom, so you can make sure to have something blooming the whole time your bees are out flying.
Anne was active with PMBA for the last few years. She moved to Arizona in June of 21 and has started her beekeeping and gardening adventures there."
